Common questions

Key account-application requirements

Can Brazilian companies settle directly?+

cannot be a direct entity in Brazil’s cross-border collection business. Non-Brazilian companies need to settle in and review their relationship with local tax numbers and stores.

Are CPF personal store holders already supported?+

Supported. CPF account opening is already online and has been actually used by merchants; it still needs to pass the applicable review.

What marketplace payout methods does the account support?+

The account supports PIX and TED accounts. Amazon and SHEIN currently generally use TED, and other applicable platforms may use PIX, subject to the latest rules of the platform.

Does NexaPay support TED or Boleto payments?+

Initiating TED or Boleto payments is not currently supported. Local payment supports PIX Key and PIX QR Code; the account supports TED deposit.
